ACCESS TO ROOMS
Check-in and Check-out
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests whose dress is indecent or untidy, or whose behavior is noisy, improper, intoxicated, contrary to public decency or public order.
Any person wishing to stay at the Hotel must provide proof of identity and age, as well as that of the persons accompanying them. The guest may not allow third parties unknown to the hotelier into the room (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police dated October 28, 1936, amended by Article 9 Ordinance of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the hotelier. Likewise, the guest may not occupy a room with more persons than permitted under current regulations (maximum two persons per room).
In the event of non-compliance with this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the responsible guest for the cost of the room corresponding to the number of extra persons, whether or not the guest is present, at the rates in force at the time of the breach of the house rules. The hotel will charge the offending guest’s credit card.
Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed by the hotelier, the guest may not demand to occupy the room before 3:00 PM. The nightly stay ends at 12:00 PM, regardless of the guest’s arrival time.
A luggage storage service allows guests to leave their luggage at the Hotel reception in exchange for a claim ticket. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft of or damage to their belongings.
A credit card imprint will be requested by the establishment at the time of booking, and a pre-authorization will be made to verify its validity.
Upon departure, the guest must return the room key to reception. Guests are prohibited from taking any item belonging to the hotel. If they realize they have taken something by mistake, they must inform the hotelier and return it, otherwise it will be charged. The room key is a key that the guest may keep with them. However, it must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure.
In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €25 and debit the amount from the guest’s credit card.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children remain entirely under the guest’s responsibility. They must not be left unattended in the room.
Upon request, the hotel may provide a crib, subject to availability, and it may only be installed in Premium or Deluxe rooms.
One child up to 3 years old stays free of charge when using the existing bedding.
Children and adults over 3 years old are not permitted to use this bedding.
The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in our establishment. Only guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge.
GROUPS
A booking is considered a group booking from 4 rooms reserved. Special conditions will apply.
LIABILITY
Failure to comply with the rules, safety and hygiene regulations, as well as any damage or negligence that may result in direct or indirect harm to equipment, persons, or future services, will engage your liability and will be charged. You are responsible for your physical ability to access the facilities, and we decline all responsibility in the event of consequences arising from the services provided.
RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES
Hygiene and Safety Rules
A decent attitude, marked by restraint and discretion, is required in order to respect the serenity of the premises.
It is prohibited to bring glass objects, illegal substances, or to smoke within the establishment.
Any failure to comply with hygiene and safety instructions will result in the immediate removal, without notice, of any person whose behavior violates these rules.
Damage and Disturbances
The guest must use the rented room while respecting the integrity of the premises.
The rooms made available to our guests are checked, fully functional, and in good condition. Guests are invited to immediately report any issue to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the guest’s civil liability may be engaged. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any breach discovered after the guest’s departure. The amount of compensation will be charged to the guest’s card.
In the event of intentional or unintentional damage to equipment, objects, or furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel may require full reimbursement together with a penalty and damages ranging from €1,000 to €2,000.
In the event of flooding or water damage, whether intentional or unintentional, the hotel may require full reimbursement for the damage caused. If other rooms are affected, reimbursement for the other guests’ nights will also be required.
The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition deemed unacceptable. In the event of damage to carpet, bedding, or bed base, the hotel will require reimbursement for the damage, with a minimum fee of €1,000 for restoration and for the inability to re-rent the room.
In general, the guest must pay for any damage caused directly to the hotel. The guest may contact their insurance company, if they wish to be reimbursed, for any intentional or unintentional damage caused during their stay.
All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the equivalent of one night’s stay for additional cleaning costs to any guest who smokes in their room. If the guest wishes to continue smoking inside the hotel or outside designated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s house rules, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of undeclared consumption at departure as well as any room damage. This amount will be debited from the credit card imprint provided at the time of booking. The hotel will have no obligation to inform the guest in advance but may provide an invoice upon request.
Guests must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Noise, even during the daytime, is prohibited. Any guest causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the peace and quiet of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any neighborhood noise linked to the behavior of a person or an animal under the guest’s responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements, insofar as the noise is likely to disturb the peace of the clientele (Articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbance may be reported to the police where applicable.
A hotel room is a place of rest. Any form of business activity is strictly prohibited.
Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, it is strictly prohibited to smoke and/or vape in the rooms, even with the window open, and in the common areas of the hotel.
Smoking within the establishment exposes you to a fixed fine of €68 or legal proceedings:
Decree No. 2017-633 of April 25, 2017 relating to the conditions for applying the prohibition on vaping in certain places for collective use.
Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 establishing the conditions for applying the prohibition on smoking in places intended for collective use.
Failure to comply with the smoking ban: if we detect tobacco odors in your room after your departure, we will be unable to re-rent it for the following night.
Therefore, in addition to the fixed fine of €68, smoking or vaping in the rooms, even with the window open, will result in the charge of one additional night.
Furthermore, the use of an electronic cigarette or a hookah may inadvertently trigger the fire alarm, as the smoke detectors installed in the rooms are very sensitive, which will automatically lead to the evacuation of all hotel guests.
Any inappropriate triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this rule will be charged €150 for the cost of reactivating the fire safety system.
Likewise, it is prohibited to cook in the rooms, eat meals there, bring in drinks not provided by the hotel, or do laundry there.

Any complaint regarding the quality of the services provided must be reported to the hotelier immediately.

While knowing oneself unable to pay or being deliberately resolved not to pay.
While pretending to be willing to pay.
Fraud is punishable by 6 months’ imprisonment and a €7,500 fine, in addition to damages.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOUSE RULES
The hotel’s house rules apply to all bookings. Any stay implies acceptance of the specific conditions and the hotel’s house rules. Failure to comply with the provisions above will result in the immediate termination of the contract and financial penalties will apply. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s house rules, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund.
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE GUEST WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELIER SHALL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE GUEST TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
